Cautionary tale
This is what happened to me: I was charged $175 when they clearly advertise $35/month, and it took me: four reviews; a bunch of comments on Instagram, Facebook, etc; one email to their customer service; multiple conversations on their app; to get them to consider my case and offer me a refund. I tried to cancel before shipping and they wouldn’t let me, nobody answered the customer service phone number either. I was put on hold for 30+ minutes and gave up. So I tried their product, resigned to having been duped out of $175. Their product for hair growth made me really sick, upset stomach nausea and all the rest. My dr said the dose of vitamins is way too high for me, and biotin in that concentration will likely make anyone with a sensitive stomach like mine sick. If you want to try them, be aware of this and maybe try one month only. I am grateful they eventually decide to refund the money, but also I’m a very persistent person, kept using all the means I had to let them know how disappointed I was, and I don’t have $175 to throw at the wind. So, just a cautionary tale. Be careful
