Update: I received a response to my email and have since got things sorted out. I am upgrading from 3 to 4 stars. I am not giving 5 stars because it shouldn't be so difficult to get started. Incidentally, I had a very upset stomach after 2 days of taking my first dose, however, I did not have any symptoms after the second dose. I guess my body has adjusted. Received GLP-1 kit in a reasonable amount of time but there were no instructions provided. Instead I was directed to the HERS app which I downloaded however, it does not work at all. Nothing happens when I click on the options. Looked on the website and there is no customer service offered. The links that were texted to me previously don't work anymore either. I'm supposed to receive medical support. The only options are to buy their products. Makes me wonder about the legitimacy of this company. I have sent an email and hope to receive a response so I can start using the product.

So far so good. I’ve been on the meds for 3 weeks and I’m definitely losing weight. I don’t sleep well though since I started taking the Metformin. I fall asleep for about 3-4 hours and then I’m wide awake. I struggle to fall back to sleep.

it's been a good experience so far, helped me curb my hunger a little bit without any side effects. The only issue i have had is with delivery, the delivery partner you have chosen seems to be Fedex and they lost the last delivery and i had to ask the entire neighborhood for my package which kind of looses its appeal as now the whole neighborhood knows i'm usin HER's!! WOuld be great if you held your delivery partners accountable.

They have worked with me to try and get me something I can take. My body is just not responding well to the meds.

Today is my second week, I like the way I feel mentally and it’s keeping me accountable. I do wish the app was more user-friendly. I forgot yesterday to put in my water and exercise last before bed and this morning I woke up and couldn’t even log it so now it shows I’ve missed a day. Also, I started taking my medicine a week later because I had my medicine sent to my house while I was away on vacation and I couldn’t make the adjustment in the app for that as well so now it looks like I’m on week 3. But other than that, it’s great!

I don’t think the last two weeks have been successful. I am 6 weeks into my 3 months. The first few weeks I was not hungry but over the last two my appetite has returned. I like the ease of the ordering/diagnosis process offered by the website. And I really like that I only have to take one pill a day, which is both easy and cost effective. I’ve only been taking hers hair growth for a month and while I haven’t noticed any regrowth or thickening, my hair is shedding excessively, coming out in clumps when I wash it. So I’m definitely not loving that. Edit: after two full months on hers hair growth I am noticing a difference in fullness. I’ve also noticed a significant decrease in shedding, it’s completely normal and manageable now. And I even think my eyelashes are growing thicker. It was a rocky start but I’m now very pleased with what I’m seeing and hope to see even greater results in the coming months.
