I fell for the hype that this website and company would help me lose weight and have direct access to the latest GLP1's. Boy was I wrong. After filling out their questionnaires and speaking with their MD's my box came. It was almost $300 for 6 months of meds and membership. I wanted the new Wegovy pill. I got the box and in it was a 6 month supply of Wellbutrin, Zofran, Naltraxone and Metformin. This early conception of GLP1's was called Contrave. This is not what I wanted or ordered. When contacting the company for my money back I was told so sorry no refunds. But they did offer to send me the Wegovy I asked for initially. What a complete and total rip off. I didn't even open the box and should have been able to return the meds for a refund. They didn't even refund my first month membership. Stay as far away from them as you can. They will not be transparent and give you the plan you asked for. Very deceptive.

Follow up review. Hers responded to my initial review saying they would get back to be to resolve the situation. This is the resolution I received “I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Our team is working through a large number of messages at the moment, and we greatly appreciate your patience. Following up on your email from Friday, I am sorry to share that at this time we are unable to offer a refund for the membership fee, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, I am so sorry to hear that you felt you didn't receive the level of support you expected. We always strive to provide our customers with the best service possible, and I deeply regret that your experience fell short of that standard. I have passed your feedback along to our management team to help us improve moving forward” I would read the many other negative reviews on this site about Hers and do not sign up for their subscription.

This business is deceptive. They make it sound like you will pay $149/month but it's actually $149/month for the membership and another $149-199/month for meds. I requested a refund for my first month's membership fee just two days after I signed up (and before I met with a prescriber or ordered any meds), and they refused it.

I bought a 6 month plan. What I didn't know if that they also charge a monthly fee on top of this for healthcare providers. They started me at an extremely low dose even though I had previously taken the medication. I gained 10 pounds and consistently was told it was my fault for not following their lifestyle coaching. I eventually got up to a dose that was effective (which I accidentally miss read the instructions) and they told me to go back down to a lower dose that didn't work. Extremely frustrating experience.

These people are a joke! I did not sign up for weight loss. I signed up for anxiety medication. My doctor when I was in the hospital for MEDICAL said that I should check out one of these apps to get refills. This company strung me along up and down for 4 days until I ran out of my medication and then said oh well there’s nothing we can do to help you. I even called their phone number last night, they put me on hold and contacted the Doctor Who said that it would be handled in the morning and I would have my prescription on the way. Then, they waited till noon to say oh we will not be seeing you. Why couldn’t they tell me that the first day the truth is they are very incompetent. I put that I was in the hospital for cardiomyopathy, hiatal hernia and Gerd. Somehow that’s translated to them that I was in a psychiatric institution. So obviously they have no idea what they are doing. I would absolutely never recommend them and I am filing a Better Business Bureau report as well!! please save your money and your time and your sanity don’t deal with these people. Every single one of them has a different answer and then when you get an actual person, they don’t even have a doctorate degree. They’re just a nurse practitioner. They should be working as a school nurse but then again maybe they’re not competent enough for that either. AVOID!!!

Charged for a refill before my assessment is a complete joke I'm done throwing you money I will be canceling

SCAM alert!!! Initially pleased but an old condition of gastritis began to scream when I took Wegovy - the minimum dose. I had to stop and lost no weight in 3 weeks. So I cancelled my subscription, or so I thought. They charged me $99 for a membership fee which they now are saying was for writing to them asking to stop my subscription. It's a SCAM!!

I wanted to see if I would qualify for weight loss medication. I wasn't ready to decide so I never selected a medication or checked out, but apparently just looking was enough for them to charge me $40 for their "weight loss membership". Refused to refund me, forced me to file a claim through my credit card company.
