Terrible. No heads up at all you were going to charge me for the next round of medication. No email, no check-in, just an email AFTER I had been charged when the order was shipping out. I have never had a company do this to me. I should have listened to the other reviewers. This is shady. Just shady and unethical business practices. You know it and keep doing it. Shame on you. You also send it super early to probably catch people off guard. Ugh. Just awful. **Also, the review tag is misleading. It says it's an unprompted review. I'm not sure what all entails "prompted", but Hers sent me an email with a link to TrustPilot to fill out this review. Also, notice how Hers hasn't commented on my review? If they did, they would have to comment on the thousands of others who they've done the same thing to.

The providers seem disinterested in actually listening and helping, but rather rushed to prescribe medicine I expressly told them I cannot take. Despite receiving a message indicating that they were in error and apologizing for the mistake, they charged me over $300 and supposedly shipped these very dangerous drugs! This is an unethical and very suspect business. Do NOT engage with this company and their incompetent providers!

You can improve by answering my questions. I was getting tirzepatide through Ei Lilly direct. I was on a 7.5mg dose. I'm not sure what my dose of Semaglutide is. I'm taking 56 units, whatever that means. I have repeatedly told you that I am hungry ALL THE TIME. I used to be able to avoid to buying snacks and sugar at the grocery store. Now I can't. Is my dose too low? Am I even getting the active ingredient in Zepbound? Why won't you answer my questions? I've asked at least twice.

Their medical providers (NP, PA, MD) just copy and paste their medical responses to you. They don’t treat you like a real patient.

I unfortunately CANNOT take the pills. I have tried 3 times and each time needed to stop because of stomach pain and diarrhea.

I tried the HERS weight loss pills for a bit over a month a had awful side effects. It started as a slight head ache and turned into a constant headache. My mind was foggy. I was constipated. A few weeks in I developed bad stomach pains that never went away. I followed all directions to a T. My MD told me to immediately discontinue using. Two days of discontinued use and all symptoms started to clear.

I started using oral minoxidil 6 months ago with great hair growth results. I have no medical issues and take no medications other than minoxidil. I had my annual bloodwork performed and to mine and my physicians amazement my WBC was markedly decreased and at an unsafe and low level. She determined it was a serious side effect from the minoxidil and recommended I discontinue immediately. This side effect was never mentioned until I did a deeper dive. My bad. Unfortunately I had just reordered another 5 month supply 2 days ago to the tune of $175. I have yet to receive the order however they have refused to refund me even if I do not accept the unopened package. I am appalled. It not that I changed my mind, as I didn’t receive the blood test results until yesterday and was told to return to my doctor immediately. These are certainly non normal circumstances and a full refund would be the right thing to do. I’ve now been forced to cancel a trip because my white blood count is so low I’m at risk for a serious infection. Stay away from this company.

I have not lost any weight at all, been on injections since second week of November 2025
