Giving 3 stars because I was initially started on a non-therapeutic dose. Hers is not cheap by any means, so that potentially couldve been money wasted and prolonging the time to reach my goals. It also created a significant wedge in trust. I did bring it to their attention and my recommended dose was immediately changed. If it's an important provider or subscription/money question they get back to your quickly. If it's general support questions, it takes them a while to answer. Onboarding was pretty quick and I for my medication (packed very well) within a week. They also send a cute modern waterbottle.

I didnt receive an email before last prescription was sent out. Would like to go up on rx strength. And,would like to know why i was prescribed HALF of the lowest fose. I could get stronger minoxidil over the counter. Please respond with an email about these concerns. Thank you.

I’m happy about access to medication without all the nonsense. It was fairly simple to get through the process and get a prescription. I really like the access and interaction with customer care and the physicians. They seem to be sincere and quick to respond. Both have responded within 1-12 hours. The responses were in depth and detailed. They did answer every question I have asked thoroughly. I have struggled with the app itself. The slides and information posted seems to be only generalized information. There doesn’t seem to be any “guidance”. In my experience, unless you ask a direct question, in the chat about something very specific, you won’t get that information. I’ve spent much of my time utilizing different avenues to learn about my treatment plan and what I should or shouldn’t be doing. The navigation in the app is consistently problematic for me. It glitches often. Theres a lot to be desired. There’s no way to clear the home page, after I decided not to pursue another type of assessment ( for my hair and skin). It keeps it front and center , reminding me to finish it, even though I’m no longer interested in those products. It does not show all of my current medications or dosages. It shows no history of prior dosages or treatment. I have reached out to customer care and they’ve said they’ll look into it. Also, I understand the need for building up medications slowly and acknowledge there’s a method required.. but I personally feel like it took too long, for me. I would hope that it’s faster for others than it’s been for me. It’s taken about 2.5- 3 months to have something happen. Whether that be results , in any manner, or side effects. I did lose about ten lbs recently but I had a very horrible bout of the flu with nausea/vomiting for nearly four days. Changing your order or dosages is difficult. I asked to go from a 3 month plan to a 6 month plan. Not possible without forcing me to cancel the entire thing and starting over. New doctor was assigned etc. it shouldn’t be that difficult to do. I do very much appreciate current access to the medication. However, the biggest concern I have is that apparently injectable compounded meds could possibly not be available at some point this year, because the FDA is restricting the production of the compounded medications offered. This via a notice Hers sent out and also my own research into it . I’m not sure how that’s going to affect me or my treatment plan despite Hers assuring me I’d still receive it . Those of us on it , will possibly be without access to these meds. That’s concerning and not very comforting. I might return and attempt to modify my review if anything changes. For now though, I’d personally wait until the app kinks are worked out and most importantly the medication availability is guaranteed secured. Also that it actually works, before recommending it to others. All of this is based on only my own experience , my own comprehension of the research I’ve done and my own observations. I really hope things have been better for others.

I haven’t seen any improvement yet

I realized after about 3 weeks of use that I was using way too much of the product. The instruction card provided in the box was not clear. It says to apply the serum to 4 locations on the head, so I was applying 1ml of serum to each spot...using 4ml per day. When I realized I had used most of the bottle in 3 weeks, I looked at the label on the bottle that said to use 1ml per day. I have noticed increased hot flashes and headaches and increased hair shedding. Not sure if this is due to 'overdosing' on the product. I am taking a break for a couple of weeks. I recommend stating on the instruction card to use only 1ml per day or, instruct the user to refer to the bottle label for proper dose.

Contacting customer service is very difficult. Otherwise, the medical visit was easy and efficient.

No difference seen yet as I’m only coming up on 1 month taking the pill & it will take a few months to see results... No symptoms or side effects from the medication. I will say that I did notice a lot of shedding (more than norm) in the shower but I also was advised beforehand that’s expected due to the hair growth process… will update my review around month 3.
