stay away from this scam! i was prescribed medication that basically had me walking around with excruciating pain with terrible side effects for four days - my brain was fried, felt like i woke up from a coma, kit 3 to be specific! $395 down the drain for medication you can just discuss with your general doctor to prescribe( if you google it, you will find specific meds:), don’t waste your money!

I'm having terrible experience dealing with your customer service. I want to place an order. I was first approved for one medicine and they won't charge my card and told me to change payment method which I did. It still won't charge and they told me to cancel the order and get a new consultation and order which I did but I was not given same medicine option. I contacted their slow customer service again and they told me to make a comment about needing the first medicine but they still placed order fot the second one. I called customer service and they informed that im getting the one i wanted. Now they have cancelled my second order and says ill my first medicine subscription on March 1st!!! I never even got the first order!! Really unprofessional behaviour. They are not even reading previous messages and their actions are not helpful at all! And they never respond within 4 hours like you all claim btw.

You have charged me for a delivery that I never received and there is no one to speak with to fix this. I will not pay $1,494.00 for a subscription I did not want and a delivery I did not receive. Please refund me immediately.

I was not aware I was on a subscription. The first three months did not work and I was very sick on the pills. Now I got a new shipment. I would like to return it. I have not opened it.

I should not and will not be taking my compounded pills. I do not need hunger suppression. I already have appetite issues due to my own medication, which is 450mg of bupropion. I also take 100 mg if all B vitamins. The doctor I spoke with during my interview heard this info. My PCP did not want me to take topirimate due to its potential lowering of my A1C which is under 5. I do not have diabetes. So these compounded meds are not for me. In addition, I really had extremely bad timing with this order, given the new GLP1 pill availability and the new opportunity for GLP1 microdosing. Also, your pricing is now not competitive or cost effective. I regret wasting my money. I wish I could be refunded. I think I have successfully canceled, but would like confirmation.

I never received my medication. I received the box ice packs syringes but no glp. I paid on a credit catd which I had already paid in full. The package came right before christmas and I still had medication so I unpacked the box threw the ice packs away and put the brown box in the spare fridge thinking it was the medication. When I went to open 2.5 weeks later, I realized it was only syringes and alcohol wipes. I messaged and then emailed. After asking for my email 3 times which I had an automated response on 1. I made a claim w my credit card company bc I spent 1500 and received alcohol and syringes. This was my 2nd shipment might I add. I told my credit card I just wanted the product and only a refund if I did not receive. Once hers was alerted of this they gave a generic response that I had to deal w the credit card company..and that waa it. No resolution..no meds..no answer to a resolution. This isn't a one time purchase. This is a medication and now I'm out 1500 and out of meds and looking to see how I can get more amd left w nothing. How do you not get 3 emails? How do you say deal w the credit card? How is there no resolution w no meds or an offer of help when this is a diet plan and you are not supposed to go wo the med for more than 5 days. I am severely disappointed. Now I have no product no refund and given a blow off response. Very very disappointing.
