I developed hives rashes with…
I developed hives rashes with inflammation of immune system after taking hers. Had to be on predniSONE. Very scary experience. I would like to get refund on my subscription. I can return all unused bottles.

Terrible customer service
You sent me an order of medications months after I cancelled my account and then never responded to my attempts to reach out to customer support on this issue.

I have basically stayed the same in 6…
I have basically stayed the same in 6 weeks and have introduced some exercises in my routine…and I’ve been constipated most days. If I would go to the bathroom, I may lose 10 lbs, lol. Will definitely be reevaluating this after treatment complete!

After starting injection 3 weeks ago
After starting injection 3 weeks ago, I have only gained weight. I contacted support to suggest increasing my dosage(cause I had been on injections previously at a much higher dose), but was told I could only be on the protocol dose. After my concern, support said they would pass my concern to higher support, but never heard a response. I feel like Hers could do a better job with setting a dose protocol on an individual basis and a generalized one. Thank you.

Charged without notification
Charged me consultation fee before letting me know about how much it is. Also, i do not have any banking information in the profile section thats why i am very confused on how they charged me. I emailed customer service and never got a response. I would love to get a refund for my consultation fee because it seems like theyre onto robbing customera of their money.

They take long to reply it’s not 48 h costumer service is the worst
They take long to reply, plus if you need an authorization be prepared to wait days and they give you filled with wrong information

I am not happy with the weight loss…
I am not happy with the weight loss option I purchased. It’s not helping me drop weight. Gives me stomach aches and causes me constipation. I want my money back and will gladly mail back the shots
