They are terrible I canceled my subscription in December and just out of the blue they charged my Credit Card almost 2000.00 and sent me meds without notice…. I reached out to them oh well we will cancel from this point on and you can dispose of the meds and a med site we already charged your card…. REALLY???? I never authorized this and I have a the email saying Kerri will let everyone know and we will not send any refills this was back in December!

I ended up going to another company and the difference in effectiveness is night and day. Hers had me taking 65 units and I would get hungry constantly. I don’t know if it’s compounded but I’m so mad that I gave them my money. I’m using another brand and they started me at 25 units and it’s almost too much. So speak up if it’s not working for you

I've been taking the injections since September of 2025, following all directions, following a high protein diet, drinking plenty of water, watching my sodium intake, walking 3 to 5 miles every day, getting 7-1/2 to 8 hrs of sleep every night, staying consistent with my eating habits, taking vitamins at regular times, etc., and I haven't lost any weight. The doctors have even increased my dosage a few times. This product does NOT work for me and so far has been a complete waste of money.

Tried to get help answer all the questions and then would.not let me continue I lost two kids depression is bad sleep.is bad and everything else that happens up your up your and your help like everyone else

this company is a waste of money. seek a different company. they don’t do proper consultations, the program doesn’t work and they refuse to give you any higher doses than 25 units which is less than the starting dose of any glp-1. i’m prescribed zepbound but cannot afford it, these drs do not care and if you complain they block your ability to message them on the app. it’s been 2 months and I have lost zero lbs. they only replied with statistics, saying micro dosing is easier on peoples stomachs - i’ve had no side effects. they are lying and capping your dose by sending syringes that hold only 30 units for the entire program.

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. They make it seem as if you will pay a monthly payment, yet then take the full amount once the initial product is shipped. When I called and asked to cancel, they could only refund half of the payment. The entire process feels misleading, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I am three months in, and have only lost one pound. My appetite has not been affected.

Last year I canceled my subscription with Hers. I was getting Minoxidil from them every five month for $175. I had stopped using it for a few months for other health issues so I didn't need a refill. My biggest problem with them is that they do that sneaky thing that dishonest companies do, which is they refill subscriptions without any notice/reminder that a payment will be charged. I'm sure it's done so we don't have a chance to cancel. Somehow, my cancelation didn't take effect and they charged me again without warning. They confirmed by email this time, but I'm removing my bank info too. There are other providers of hair , weight loss, etc subscriptions. It shouldn't be difficult to find one who operates with integrity.
