The first prescription took a long time to fill, which was frustrating since they only offer a time-based subscription model. Then, they only sent me about half the medication I needed during my first refill. After three messages with support, they are still not acknowledging that either Hers or Strive Pharmacy made a mistake. They are only offering a "bridge prescription," for which I would have to find my own local compound pharmacy AND pay for out of pocket!

I decided to try out hers hair blends serum for some hair loss issues I was having, and did not fully understand the potential side effects of minoxidil before purchasing. I decided I did not want to necessarily put this on my skin, so I asked to return the serum having not even touched the box. They have refused to give me a refund of $175 and instead have just "canceled my subscription." 0/10 would recommend.

I am still using my medication. I have a couple of months left (6 months total). The maximum weight that I have lost so far is 10 pounds. By month 4, the medication seemed to work less and less. Today, I have constant cravings and the medication seems to have no effect what so ever on my appetite. 10 pounds does not justify the cost. That is about $150 per pound. Now, my weight is fluctuating and moving back up. I question the potency of their product, I question if I was a victim of fraud. I will not be recommending Hers to my friends. I have spoken to others that get the same product from other companies that have had much more success than me. A friend at a similar weight over the same period of time lost 30 pounds and it still losing.

Very disappointed and feeling unheard regarding meds. I am 3 weeks in have been hungrier than ever. Last week I injected 24 units. GLP-1 has not been working for me and I am changing companies. I am still owed $280 from your company for being charged twice and only being refunded part of the $350 ($280 still owed). Additionally, I have asked several times about returning meds that should not have been sent to me.

After seeing the actual prescription, I no longer felt comfortable with the original medication and reached out to customer service. I asked if I could return the unopened package, or at least return it and have the funds applied toward a different medication that I did consent to once I understood the options. The response I received from customer service was cold and inflexible—essentially a standard copy‑and‑paste policy reply with no effort to engage, understand my concerns, or offer any reasonable solution. I acknowledge that I should have read the fine print more carefully. However, even with that in mind, the overall experience—from the lack of genuine personalization to the dismissive, scripted customer service—fell far short of what this company markets and what I expect as a patient. There are plenty of other options available in this space, and going forward I plan to take my business elsewhere. I would encourage others who are looking for truly personalized, patient‑focused care to explore those alternatives before choosing this service.

This company claims to accept FSA/HSA cards as payment for prescription items. However, they refuse to provide a valid receipt for the purchase. They won’t provide you with anything that shows the date of the purchase, the item purchased, and the amount of the purchase. I made a purchase not knowing how much I was paying for an item and didn’t even get an email confirmation outlining the purchase which would suffice to submit as proof that I purchased a prescription item. Yet, they refuse to provide any documentation showing the purchase which is baffling to me. They have made it a point to make sure that any information in the app is incomplete and cannot be used to submit as documentation. For example, the order history does not show the date of the purchase. They accept FSA/HSA cards as payments because they want to get the sale but when it comes to providing you with the documentation you need to validate you purchased a prescription item, they refuse to do that.

This is a scam They do send you the drugs that are needed to help with weight loss And they can help for a while But they refuse to send you any of your medication if you don't have your subscription in active mode at all times Meaning they initially charge you a little over $400 for the 6 months Then if you choose to cancel early So they don't charge the card again They force you to maintain the subscription to get your prescription In other words So they can keep charging your card I had decided that I would try the initial go And then cancel after Because it's very expensive and I want to see how it works out I've had companies in the past charge my card without my permission It seems like they're pulling the same scam here Keep an eye on your card payments And be careful when you get close to that renewal date Because it looks like they just take it right out They only sent me 1/3 of what I paid for And refuse to send me the rest Because I don't want to keep my card available for them to charge
