I wish I could left ZERO star! I massaged so many and called Customer Services! they pretend taking care of your situation but NOT and I believe ALL is AI and not actually person taking care of customer! people dont waist money and be smart!!! SHAME ON CEO of HERS AND HIMS!!!

WAY too much Biotin caused acne
You gave me a compounded treatment loaded with high doses of biotin, which has made my skin break out like crazy. i'm not kidding, it looks like a zombie has chewed off half of my face. In the future, i would need a compounded treatment with the Minoxidal only and leave out all of the massive doses of Biotin.

I've been waiting for WEEKS for what they advertise as a 2 working day turnaround for this medication. Their phone number DOES NOT WORK. 1 (800) 368-6400 AND I cannot get anyone to contact me.

I would give no stars if possible
I would give no stars if possible. I never received my last auto-ship product, and yet, I will billed for it. I have sent multiple requests to reship the item to my new address. Not one response. Not one. Try posting a telephone number and providing better customer service. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and plan to cancel ALL future orders.

I have seen a dermatologist
I have seen a dermatologist. I have broken out on my entire scalp. I will not be able to continue with the product. I also found the flavor much to sour and the pill was to chalky to swallow.
