They lied to my bank
I canceled subscription and turned off auto refill months prior to the end of the year I signed up for. The medication made me very sick and I could not tolerate it. To my surprise at the beginning of the year I received a text saying my Hers order has been shipped and my card was charged another 2000. When I contacted Hers right away they told me they can only refund my money 48 hours prior to shipment. I need to add that they DID NOT send a notification saying that the medication was going to ship and I wasn't expecting anything to ship since I had cancelled months prior. I told them that I had cancelled and shut off autopay. I had taken a screenshot of my account that showed it had been cancelled. I had told them that I also moved so they were sending medication to a house I no longer lived at. They maintained they I canceled the subscription but auto refill was still on. The resolve for the medication sent to an address I no longer lived at was to contact UPS. I told them there information was incorrect and that I had screenshots as well as my account still showed autofill turned off and subscription cancelled. They completely gaslit me stating I didn't cancel even though the account stated otherwise and I had screenshots. I filed a dispute at my bank. My bank sent me Hers response to the dispute. Hers stated that I contacted them Feb 4th at 1:45 am stating that I changed my mind and wanted to continue with the medication and subscription I had cancelled months ago! They lied! The letter they sent didn't even sound like me. I have never been through something so dishonest this in my whole life. Never will I use Hers/Hims again and I encourage you to do the same.
