I canceled all subscription because I’m pregnant. They reactivated it, and charged me without my knowledge. I asked for a refund because I didn’t order the product and can’t take it. They constantly lied, changing what they said over 3 times, and couldn’t give me accurate dates, and couldn’t give me proof (although I had proof I canceled). Then on top of that completely refused a refund. I don’t even know what to do! Thankfully I changed a card to one that doesn’t work because I’m not allowed to even delete my card from their system only change it… DO NOT USE, unless you want to be scammed when you stop needing their products.

Her’s support capabilities are horrific. My initial experience was fantastic until I experienced a problem with my order. The issue took weeks to resolve, customer support was unresponsive, and lacked attention to detail leaving me confused and frustrated with how to solve my problem. I loved how easy it was to use this platform to set up my prescription but after one issue - the support experience was so bad they have lost my trust and my willingness to use or recommend this service moving forward.

I would give them zero stars if I could They don’t tell you that you will lose your hair basically look like a chemo patient prior to possibly getting little hairs to start growing again. This is a horrible product. They call it shedding. It’s complete hair loss. I will continue to post negative reviews because this was a horrible negative experience.

It would be nice to be able to speak with a live person about how the medication is working or if you don't feel it's working properly that you can discuss it. I feel frustrated at this point and really disappointed with how my treatment is going. I feel like since they got the money really you don't have any communication except for some ad type communication that you have no way of sending complaints you are having. I definitely feel like things should be different. I would not recommend this to my friends. The cost was very high for the results I am getting.

It was great aft first, up until it was time for my first refill. It was supposed to ship Feb 11, and it showed that it was being filled at that time. On Feb 17th I got a message saying that my account had been cancelled. I had pre-paid for 6 months and only received 6 weeks of treatment. They refunded my card for 4 months of treatment. When I called and asked why, they said it was a glitch in the system and if I wanted to continue I would have to pay for the 6 months all over again. I did pay for the 6 months again in an attempt to not have a lapse in treatment, After several attempts to get this expedited and many hours lost trying to do so, I finally got tracking. It has not shipped yet, but it is now ready for pick up. It will get to me a week late for my scheduled injection. I had asked them to send overnight, but tracking says ready for pick up on 2/20, and will not deliver until 2/25.

Scam.. in signing up they made me wait then provided a warning while automatically signing me up. I tried to stop it but could not. I tried the hair growth item which did not work and caused more hair loss . This was in the warning that they provided after charging me so they can say legally they warned me.

I have list 1/2 a pound after 3 weeks! I’ve been eating healthy and exercising 4 days a week. I even increased the dosage last week. I decided to try HERS because it’s more affordable. I’m deeply disappointed. I will not continue this program nor recommend it. It doesn’t work!

This was a terrible experience. I started the meds prescribed and took them exactly as directed slowly increasing the dose and meds as stated. I began having severe pain in my feet and legs to the point I could not even sleep. I set up an appointment with the online Dr. to discuss this “side effect (?) and what could be done. First they rescheduled for a time more convenient for them and then didn’t even show for the appointment! Took my $600 and ghosted me! There was not an option to leave Zero stars.
