The product didnt work and when I reached out, I kept getting messages from different providers asking the same questions. One provider told, not asked me to switch to a different medication which I found out from yet another provider that that info was misinformed as I didn't qualify (still able to bear children). I asked for symptoms of the new stronger dose of medicine and didnt receive a response. I never confirmed the higher dose of meds but it was ordered somehow and shipped to me. The only way I found out was because my husband asked about the charge on his credit card 🤷‍♀️ and then the meds they sent made me retain water and gain 5 lbs and when I reached out, barely a batted eye. Not to mention the customer service and refund help are pretty much non-existent. Try Inner Balance instead. Just heard about it from a friend who swears by it. Its a bit more expensive but worth it if it means results and being seen and heard by Healthcare providers. As far as hers is concerned, do not recommend.

No change and expnsive treatment

I paid for 3 months supply and was only sent ONE bottle. I have been using for 3 weeks new and don't see results yet....

My first renewal dose is so far almost a week late. It was said to be filled 2/18. So far, not impressed if I cant receive and take the meds consistently.

I would give 0 if I could. Experience was subpar, providers were not very attentive or personable. I cancelled my subscription and service months ago. I recently received notification an order was shipped to me. I contacted customer service and let them know, and got a generic response with a link to instructions to cancel my subscription. I marked the package return to sender and sent it back. This week, I received another communication that a package has been sent to me. Try Midi, far better experience.

Horrible with responding once they receive payment. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. You constantly have to keep messaging them repeatedly saying the same things over and over again. It also causes nausea, constipation and cramps! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR RESPONSE TIME DON’T RECOMMEND Yet they responded to this comment but still haven’t responded to my messages on the app! Don’t do it!

I signed up in January and paid for a 6 month prescription. Received my first shipment in January and completed 5 weeks and now I'm being told I will not be receiving my next shipment until April. This is unacceptable and bad business practice to take money and not deliver the product.

I’m not happy about the semi glue tide. I’m really not happy so what you gave me was not sufficient I want a refund and I’ll go someplace else if I wanna lose weight.
