Absolute nightmare company. Run far away. They gave me medicine that made me SO ill. I tried to report it to a doctor who said it was normal. I tried to cancel because who wants to get severely sick from something. You can't reach anyone though. There is no phone number and the 24/7 care is a huge lie. I couldn't get in touch and couldn't cancel no matter what I tried. Then I get an email they were going to ship the medicine. I wrote them again on chat, email etc and no response. Then the product ships and they finally answer saying, sorry no refunds because it is shipped. So I'm out $399 because you have no customer service? I have filed a dispute with my bank and reported to the BBB. I think they ignore you until it ships so you lose money. Total scam!

The whole process was unorganized, communication unclear My order was originally cancelled. Mess! Had to re-do everything. I told doctor o was feeling NO EFFECTS of medication having been on it before and knowing how I should have felt. Still feel zero effects after 4 weeks. Sometimes I even wonder if the medication is actually semiglutide!

When I canceled my order, I was told that I would be getting a refund for my canceled subscription. Rather than getting a refund, I was charged twice for the same canceled subscription. They took $1,300 from me.

May be an effective product but terrible experience. I purchased the largest package with the longest duration because it was “the best option” for the price. I paid $1194 to secure “the best” monthly price. This was two months ago. O3/04/26 I received a a notification of a technical error on their part which cancelled my order and if I wanted to continue with my subscription I would have start the intake process again and begin again with $1194 to get the best pricing option! They’ve refused to reactivate my order to honor our original agreement even though the “technical error” was theirs. This not only lacks integrity and ethics, it is terrible customer service!

When I signed on to this platform it was great. They have recently dramatically gone down hill. One- They sent medication to me late causing missed doses. I reached out multiple times on the platform and no one could give me a clear answer why. They then refused to continue my prescription sent for 3 months at a Time as they previously had for about a year- meds that i pre-paid for in the platform. And only sent me a two month supply saying “it’s for my convenience”. Well- it’s more convenient for me to receive more doses so I don’t need more shipments. They won’t listen. 2- I have now requested they verify the current prescription I am on for another doctor. They need to provide me with medication name, dose, prescriber, my name and dob. I have asked for this for DAYS AND DAYS inside the platform and they won’t send it to me and this information is not readily available in this format on the website or app causing more delays with my care. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. The “4 hour response time” through the messaging portal is total BS. It usually takes a Full day for one response and then if they don’t answer what you need (which they usually don’t) is another full day for a response. Hence why a simple thing like verifying a current prescription is taking me almost a week to sort out- and still hasn’t been addressed. I work in healthcare as an RN and this is literally terrible patient care.

I would line to cancel my treatment plan. I have had horrible constipation. Sometimes dry heaves. Not losing weight because I am sick and had to spread out injections.

Ever since I downloaded the app it keeps crashing. I hope that the app gets fixed before they make me regret going with them!!!🤨
