Drs/care team do not care about what you tell them. They only care about getting your money. I’ve been on this program for a month and have gained weight. I’ve expressed multiple times about my concerns and the drs are not listening

I have not lost weight and my appetite is the same. Almost two months I was told it takes time to build up in my system so hoping it starts within the next month

Don’t waste your money! It is scam. I have been using it before by different company and it worked well. This had no effect at all! Scam!

I reported that I was afraid to take supplements because I have high blood pressure. I asked to cancel my subscription, which I was told had been done.

Unfortunately, I had a poor customer service experience with Hers. They did not confirm before charging another prescription 5-6 months after my first purchase with them. No check-ins to see how things are going, no warning the payment was coming up, no verification on my end, they just charged the card for $400. When I addressed this issue, they said there's nothing they can do besides cancel my subscription moving forward, which I didn't even know it was a subscription. Since they already shipped the items (without my consent) they stated that a return/refund was not an option. I've since then found a wonderful weight-loss pharmacy that sends frequent check-ins and reminders when prescriptions are ready for refill, and then they ask for verification and consent before charging the card. This is proper customer care services. Overall, it gives a cold feeling from Hers to not be hands on communicative, especially selling products like this. There are plenty of other attentive options to choose from.

I tried using Hers following a lot of postpartum hair loss after my first baby. After a couple months of using the product and seeing an extreme change in my menstrual , such as very heavy eight day long periods every 20 days, I fully stopped using the product and my period went back to normal. I attempted to log into my account via an Internet browser to cancel my subscription but became locked out of my account when I wouldn’t download the app to try to cancel my subscription. I messaged the company asking for it to be and they simply sent instructions which more or less said that I needed to download the app in order to cancel. The card that I had had file previously was lost and canceled so I figured between the two factors of writing to them asking for it to be canceled as well as not having a viable card on file mean that my next order would not come through. However, they were somehow able to charge my account and I received three months of the that had been wreaking havoc on my physical and emotional well-being. I attempted to reach out to them and let them know about my horrible experience, but received no response in return. My husband has been a user of Hims for a long time and has had no negative side effects and also pays a much lower monthly rate for that product. For anyone considering using Hers, please don’t put yourself through this terrible experience. I absolutely would not wish it on my worst enemy.

I am not noticing a thing except for having less money.
