So far I've seen no results. Week one I had a weight gain. Lost it in week two. Now in the middle of week three, my cravings haven't stopped and I see minimal loss (maybe half a pound). I'm taking 8 units (.2mg) of compound semiglutides and feel I need a stronger dose to start noticing a difference. I've spent $1,200 for naught at this point.

I was not notified when a product was shipped that I did not want and then was refused a refund or ability to return product. So much for satisfaction guaranteed!

Terrible company. Quickly prescribed me a medication that shipped before I had time to look into it. When the medication arrived, I read the online guide before opening it. I saw that some of the side effects were serious, and that they might pertain to me given my family history. I didn't open the box and immediately contacted them. The upshot was that they did nothing to help me (even though this was a medically related issue). They refused to issue any refund, even though I said I could return the box unopened to show that I wasn't trying to get away with not paying for something. I tried several times to reason with them, and just got boilerplate language as a brushoff. Don't bother. They don't care about your health, don't care about medication having serious consequences to you, and don't care about you losing money. Just don't bother. Update: I received the reply below after I posted here, posted on another review site, and submitted a complaint with the BBB. Yes, they resolved the issue finally. But I should not have to do all of those things to get attention on the matter. I should have been able to resolve this via their customer service center, which refused to help over and over again. If you have to launch a public complaint to get help, it's not help, it's PR.

My first refill arrived and way to short to follow the treatment plan. I have been sending messages, called and spoke to customer service, and still nothing has been resolved.

Missed last week’s dosage due to not sufficient medication received. Received the 2nd shipment 10 days late and the same problem. On 0.4 cc regiment every week and received only 2 vials of 2 cc each. Next shipment refill starts 2nd May (will receive 10 days later, on or about 12th May). Subsequently, will miss more dosages.

I canceled my membership and I just got another shipment for another $900 that I cannot take because it made me so sick so I don’t know what you want me to do but I cannot pay another $900 for something that’s going to make me sick
