I spent over $1,000.00 dollars on their weight loss serum. After 6 months I had GAINED 2 pounds! I stayed in contact with the doctors and nothing they recommended worked. I finally stopped their program and had my doctor put me on Zepbound. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I’m finally losing weight! I really think that HERS was simply giving me SALINE to inject. I may take my leftovers and have it tested now that my doctor put me on a product that actually works! Don’t waste your money with these clowns!

Well, this company is owned by HIMS, not by women. It is not healthcare for women by women. I signed up for the wegovy pill (you have to pay right away so they get you with lies)…and they charged me 700 for topiramate instead of wegovy —- even though I told them several times I did not want that. Topiramate is not effective for weight loss all. They shipped it without my permission. They did not answer any of my questions. Go to another site if you want to deal with normal people.

Absolutely do not do business with this company. I canceled the subscription that I was not aware was a subscription and they continue to bill me 35.00 a month. I've emailed so many times and they are less than reputable. I will be turning this company into the Better Business Bureau and contacting the Attorney General. Unethical money grab on products that do not work. Beware!

I decided not to take the prescribed medication for weight loss. Due to the side effects, They said it was because it was specifically for me, they will not accept the medication back. I'm a healthy individual and I'm not willing to take these pills.When I placed my order I went through Klarna and set up a payment plan. Although Hers received their money from Klara, now I'm responsible for the payment and interest. I cancelled the order the day I received it. They sent me a response via their website telling me they were sorry that I wasn't comfortable taking the drugs they suggested . And said I could dispose of it by looking up the drug disposal site. I have read some disturbing comments about some side effects others have experienced. I'm not willing to take a chance with my health to lose weight. This is an on going battle to get this taken care of, Klarna has been great working with me on this matter. Hers has said there is nothing they can do. I will dispose of it once I get this cleared up, I would advise others not to take it.

Was very excited to start this treatment plan. Once they constructed my medication kit I noticed there was a medication that would interfere with my already prescribed medications I take on a daily basis. I messaged my care team right away to address this issue. My care team assured me that they would replace that medication with something else to prevent any negative side effects with my daily medications I have been taking for over 5 years now. Once I received my box, the medication that I was told would be taken out, was in the box and the substitution was not in the box. I reached out to my care team who told me I would have to wait until the next box in 5 months for the changed to take into effect. I am very unhappy with this whole experience now, something I was excited for now I cant take and still have to pay the almost $400 for it. They dont take returns or refund anything even though I legit cannot take the medication they sent me that I told them about as soon as I got the notification that I was approved for the treatment. They did not ask if I was taking any medications already during the “application” process or anything. Be CAREFUL. GIVES SCAM VIBES

Just look at the vast messages in my account since January - from the first order it was wrong and it has not been completely cleared up. Wrong dosages that would leave me without the medicine. Last order noted as March 2 - it is now March 12 still no movement. Disgraceful I would never recommend this to anyone. There is always a delay noted on your end. If you do not have the medicine do not accept new clients until you get this worked out.
