Negative stars! I'm in perimenopause and wanted help to kickstart my weight loss. I was 142lbs and want to get back to my normal 107-ish. I went with the non-GLP 1 pills, Kit 6. There are three types of medication in there and you slowly build into the routine. The first two weeks were fine, my craving for carbs were pretty much gone. I added in the Metformin, Top. and upped the Bup. and OMG, the side effects were terrible. I had ZERO appetite. I was losing my mind due to lack on nutrition. I couldn't eat. I couldn't function at all. I had some stomach issues. I lost some weight but that obviously isn't healthy or sustainable due to me not being able to eat. I reached out for assistance via their messaging system. I always got a different NP, doctor, care team, patient support etc. each time I messaged them. The customer service isn't there. You will not be assigned one doctor/NP to oversee your journey. They do not give a $hit about you. I was on this for one month and put the remaining four months of pills in the garbage. DO NOT SIGN UP!!!

I used HERS for 2 months on GLP1 and then didn't receive my next shipment. I had to miss my dosing day (last Friday) and nobody from the company reached out with any explanation. When I reached out myself, I was told that my current subscription plan had been canceled because it was processed under a different configuration and I needed to repeat my intake forms to restart my prescription??!? So vague and unlikely true. I think it's a pharmacy issue. Anyway, very unhappy, went with another company. PS HERS did refund my remaining portion that was never delivered.

I was charged $99 for nothing. I havent talked to a doctor nor did i agree to anything yet they wont refund my money DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY i will be contacting my bank

Did not lose weight after 8 weeks. Terrible side effects with no benefit.

All was good for the first GLO-1 shipment. It was delivered quickly, which put me a little at ease after paying the whole treatment upfront. Then the second shipment didn’t arrive on time and I was one week without medication. Worse is that the medication delivered on the second shipment was way less than what I needed. It was labeled as it was for weeks 1 to 5, but should have been for weeks 9 to 16. I tried to tell the care team it wasn’t enough but the response I got back was that they checked everything and it would be enough. It was even implied that I didn’t understand how simple math was done. Long story short, I am didn’t have enough medication for this week, have nothibg for the next 2 weeks. I messaged them again, explained and asked to cancel the treatment and get my money back for the medication I didn’t receive, but after reading some other reviews, I am not confident this is going to be easy. I do NOT recommend Hers to anyone.

They claim you’re talking to a licensed physician but you have to wait 4 hours for a response from that licensed physician. And then their licensed physician does responds appropriately to your message. After researching the drug I realized no thanks to them that this would not be the best drug for my body. They then approved me any way with out reading my concerns or responding to them. Said I was approved. Obviously I got upset sent a message and ai informed me that I wouldn’t be charged. I got charged. Now I’m just going to go through my credit card company to dispute the unauthorized charges. Licensed physician my ass.

The medicine sucks. When telling you this medicine sucked you proceeded to tell me there’s no refunds, or change of medicine. Didn’t try to adjust anything, Complete waste of money. Customer service and the doctor communication sucked. Everything about it sucks. Update- the team said they would reach out and it’s been weeks and haven’t heard from them. This is what you’ll get. They’ll throw a prescription at you, get your money, and if it doesn’t work then “bye Felecia!” don’t waste your money.
