This company prescribes off licences epilepsy drugs to help people lose weight if one picks the oral medicine option without any real warning to allow you to cancel. The side effects on this drug are horrific and it does not work. I see most people say this and then they are pushed to the compounded injections. The customer service is horrible. It is a chatbot that does not answer questions when you write and the website is terrible and does not function properly so you can cancel shipments and the program. I tried multiple times to cancel my account and told them about the website issues and they have not resolved this after a month. Avoid this at all costs and go to a proper doctor as this is not safe and when trying to get out of this scheme customer service tries to prevent you from doing so. Avoid this at all costs!!

Be careful when signing up for a subscription for medications. I received my first shipment and tried the medications they supplied but had really bad side effects and had to stop taking them. I communicated this to Hers, but 6 months later received a renewal shipment, without any warning that they were charging my card or preparing the shipment. Of course there are no returns or refunds possible.

Advertising is fantastic. However they do not listen to you when you tell them the product is not working and causing additional health issues, they advised me to ask for refund from my health spending account and then sent me an additional box at $400 and would not refund after telling them I had stopped using their product several prior.

The meds don’t make you lose any weight these is a scam!!!!!!

I originally had a good experience but as soon as they got my business it seems like client care is the least of their worries. My practitioner will not respond to me when I have questions which is absolutely disgusting. They charge $99 consultation fees every 2 months when you need to renew your prescription and you (the client) do all the work! I fill out the form at renewal time and my practitioner responds with "I have approved your increase" and boom $99. What a joke!! I have expressed concern to the company in patient support and it takes forever to get a response. You would think when one of your clients is this upset they would take it seriously.

Not what I signed up for and it’s the worst kind of health care. Definitely regret it
