Plus if you want to talk to a supervisor- ya can't! Too bad! They will just take your money for a service any Primary Health Physician (G.P.) can provide for free or little expense. Don't be stupid like me- just go to your regular doctor and get a script. No one needs forHers/Him.com. It's a total SCAM.

i’m disappointed that there is a max dosage that the providers won’t go over for micro dosing. so after week 6 you just chill with that same dosage for the remaining months you have. very disappointed i paid for the 6 month plan upfront - i thought i was paying for the GLPS and a provider that would be able to up dosage as needed. But instead, I’m just getting ChatGPT generated answers and told that’s the max dosage.

It’s been a month and I still haven’t seen any reduction in shedding. It’s very disappointing but I am still hopeful.

Unfortunately I have not lost any weight. I have maintained between 172-174 but that is all. I am not a heavy eater or never have been. Menopause is mostly where my weight is from. I am now into my 3rd month of taking prescription . I am looking forward to loosing the weight

I have had to reschedule my appointment three times without any successful outcome, which I find extremely frustrating and unacceptable. On multiple occasions, I have called in on time for my scheduled appointment, entered my PIN as instructed, and waited for approximately 45 minutes, only to be informed that my time had expired without being seen. This experience reflects very poor customer service. Due to these ongoing issues, I have decided to discontinue services and seek care with another provider. I am requesting an immediate refund of the $138 that has already been deducted from my bank account, as well as the cancellation of my profile. I would appreciate prompt confirmation that both my refund and account cancellation have been processed.
