Hoped For Better
I actually almost rated hers at a 3 star but I have faith in the hair loss medication and I’m hoping for the best. Your app isn’t easy to navigate (at least for me). I would have responded immediately to the doctors question if I had known there was a message. I had no reason to look for a message and DID NOT receive a notification that I had a message. Even then I have difficulty navigating the app to get where I need to be. I was looking for to using the weight loss medication but because miscommunication I cancelled. Hanging in there with the hair loss product. I’m not experiencing any issues with the product.
