The medication I was prescribed was a total surprise and I am very unhappy with the extensive list of side effects for each of the three medications. I understand I cannot be refunded but I am getting zero help applying that $395 to a different medication. The lack of transparency and directness is making this feel like a complete scam. You were happy to take my money but not address the issues I am having.

I did not sign up for a Subscription, nor did I sign up for auto refills on the one medication I ordered. I attended on a trial of the medication first. I did not save my payment method either. BUT i was charged 3months later for another medication refill THAT I DID NOT REQUEST. i did not approve this. I have messaged The Care Team on the app. They insisted that I did not have a subscription and that they did not send a refill of the medication. I had a tracking # and provided that to the care team as well, they still insisted no subscription, and no refill was sent. SO, the order was delivered that i again did not order. Now all the sudden they say I do have a subscription, and no refund would be made because of the medication was already delivered. I tried to get this resolved before the medication was delivered, but to no avail they would not help me!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. I WILL BLAST THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ON EVERY PLATFORM POSSIBLE

Not losing weight. Lost 5 then gained 2 back. Drinking the water and exercising 4-5 times a week. Very disappointed with results. Thought I should be down 10 lbs by now.

I submitted all the intake forms for a weight loss medication. They mailed me the wrong medication. Unknowingly I took it for two weeks. When I complained about the side affects they got immediately concerned and suggested I go to urgent care. They refunded my money and cancelled my subscription. Still no explanation as to what happened.

Every time i try to cancel it says something went wrong . It let me do anything else I wanted except for cancelation. I gave it a day and it still says the same thing

No response to request sent a month ago. I keep receiving shipments even though I asked to stop them.
