I truly appreciate your team rectifying the situation and hope the feedback helps process future transactions a little more transparent. **ORIGINAL REVIEW**The increase in pricing is less to be desired and delay of communication when processing membership and orders. My membership was processed, then 3 days later my prescription, however due to the timing I was charged a lower dosage fee when the Dr. approved a new dosage. The order was shipped incorrectly and a refund/recharge was issued WITHOUT communication causing a further delay because I needed to transfer funds to said account for processing. It was not clear on what was being done. I also think that with those who fell within a few days window should have been charged the previous amount before the increase. I was not aware until after. I have seen little changes so this increase was necessary. I think locking in a package deal at lower rates would bring better customer retention and more people willing to subscribe.
