I unfortunately have not had a good experience. The pricing is misleading and customer service not helpful. I attempted 3 times to get answers through chat and finally called to be told they were just customer service and didn't have the answer.

Edit: Still waiting .....it must be arriving by mule. I think the company operates out of some guy's basement, or so it seems, and orders only go out once every couple of weeks. At least it appears that way to me...... The company has SUPER slow shipping. Like infuriatingly slow shipping. I used the online chat feature and got disconnected a couple times before getting ahold of a person who was not helpful at all. I told her to just cancel my subscription since I was sick of waiting for the product to be shipped. She said a label had been produced for it so it couldn't be cancelled. It sat there for DAYS after the label was made, it could have been cancelled. Still waiting .......

The "consult" and treatment portion was a lot quicker than I thought it was going to be. But it's now been a couple of days since and my meds haven't been shipped out yet. I wish there was an option to have you send the Rx to a local pharmacy so I could get it quicker. **Update - Rcvd a shipping notification but the shipment hasn't moved and it's been four days. I contacted cust svc and was told 2-3 weeks is typical for orders for my specific Rx because "this medication is in high demand". I feel like this should have been discussed when the Rx was issued so I could have chosen to go with a different provider. And since it's already been "processed" they won't issue a refund, even though it hasn't moved. I won't be continuing treatment with this provider.

Hair Loss Pills - I have been on the pills for about 2 months now. My hair keeps coming out in chucks. Not a little. BUT IN CHUCKS. I send a chat and the Dr. would tell me it's normal. I am seeing all these baby hair starting to stick out. I will wait to see. Weight Loss Pills - First day in. GREAT. Immediately, NOT HUNGRY. 7 days in. Continue to feel great and feeling full. Day 8 is when I increased my pill. Day 9, it's when I broke into HIVES. It started on my legs, then my thighs, then my side on my body, then my back, then arms, now it's all over my body. Meanwhile, I keep writing to my Dr. and you don't get an immediately answer right away. Day 10, I stopped this completely. What a waste of money.

As a customer of HERs.com, I had high hopes for their weight loss program. However, my experience with their shipping process has been incredibly disappointing. After paying nearly $300 for medication over two weeks ago, I have yet to receive any indication that my order has been shipped. Despite multiple inquiries, I continue to receive generic email responses with links to information about backlogged medicines. The lack of transparency and communication regarding the status of my order is frustrating and unacceptable. Furthermore, the absence of direct customer service support only adds to the frustration. As someone actively working to address their weight, it is disheartening to encounter such obstacles in accessing necessary medication. Overall, my experience with HERs.com has left me feeling let down and frustrated. Moving forward, I hope they take steps to improve their communication and support for customers.

Weight loss program- like many others. I was also shipped 3 months of meds and after day 4 I can tell I can tell you I’m gonna have to stop. Brain fog, confusion, seeing spots. Sometimes it takes 3-4 days for anyone to respond back to your messages. It also took a month for me to even get the products which should be your red flag. You’re charged on day one but it takes a while before you receive anything. . It’s a waste of money.
