Weight loss
The product seems to be working! Losing weight each week! Customer contact would be a 1! When I’ve typed requesting clarification on product & delivery I get answer which doesn’t match my question!! Very frustrating & disappointing!!

It feels very removed
It feels very removed, like it's an app and AI prescribing this powerful medication instead of medical professionals. Complete lack of care or personalization. It makes me feel like you are only in it for the money, which of course you are, but you cut costs that patients need.

No one checks in to see how the…
No one checks in to see how the medication is working. They refill shipped and prior too there was no contact from the medical team. When I reached out and explained that my weight has been stalled for over a month and the food noise was coming back the response was only that nothing could be done or adjusted until my next refill in 6 months!

Very slow weight loss
I’m just not losing the weight. Appetite is dramatically suppressed and I eat very little but weight seem very slow to decrease.
