Bad follow-up, bad product
They take your money quickly, the "doctor" is quick to reach out. The medication I got for weightloss was a crock. Did not get any results. All of their "check-ins" are strictly regarding side effects, not asking if the treatment is actually working. Reach out to your "care team" who just says keep taking it longer. Overall poor experience and waste of money. *note, I had taken one of these medication a few years ago and felt the effects very quickly. Nada with HERS. No reduction is appetite, nada.
