Money grabbers. I was charged for a prescription before I authorized it or knew it was happening. Tried to immediately cancel it, but I was told, in 2.5 seconds after giving my cc information, the order was filled and too late to cancel. BEWARE!!!

Can I get a refund. This product has made me physically sick

The pills make my stomache very upset. I've tried taking them at night and during thr day and I get nauseous

You shipped more medication to me that I DID NOT ORDER!! I am disputing the charge and I will send back the unopened medication. I did NOT reorder the medication. Where do I ship it back to???

No support for being locked out of account. Have emailed multiple times, told someone would contact for further help. 45min wait on help desk and then disconnected. Still auto shipping even though I have emailed to cancel. Glp-1 would great and happy with it, but support with account and any access to online services is zero!

The default in their system is to put you on auto-pay. I'm usually adamant on monitoring this (in my opinion) predatory practice, but somehow missed this default within their system. And then of course without a warning, another shipment ended up on my doorstep. No warning that another prescription was coming, no heads up, nothing. I'm sure they're not warning customers of this by design. Because otherwise, it'd give you a chance to cancel. If you expect a refund, think again. An over-priced product with AI customer service. That's what you can expect here.

After the hers doctor told me about the side effects I would experience, I immediately messaged back and said I do NOT want the prescription until I had the chance to look more into the side effects. I received immediate confirmation that the prescription would be put on hold, per my request. Then two days later, I was charged and received notification that the medication had been sent. I am trying to get a response, and have not gotten any.

I took the hers weight loss medication - their medication mix of Bupropion, Metformin, Naltrexone for just ivermectin 6 months. I didn’t see much weightloss really just sustained but I should have known something was wrong when my periods became irregular, but I thought it may have been pre-menopause. At my next annual check up my blood work found that I was in kidney failure. After the stopping the medication, my kidney functions improved. But what really rubbed me wrong as I had stopped my subscription and months later I received another box of medication. When I called to get refunded, which they did based on my kidney failure issue, their excuse for not abiding by my subscription. Cancellation was their intent was to send me one more box and then cancel it from there, which obviously makes no sense. Clearly, this is a company that is more interested in shareholder earnings than the safety and service of their customers.
