I feel a little disappointed that I bought such a large supply of medication only to have side effects that made me stop. :/ I feel like offering a month supply to begin with would be a much better option.

Over charged
First, I didn't know I was getting depression medication for 2 weeks, when I ordered weight loss kit. The 1st 4 days I have been so cautious and very anxious. I will not make it 2 weeks. and i was charged for 5 months! Second, I thought it was $79 a month but I got charged for 5 months up front ! Now I have all these pills that make me sick?

No warning
The prescription filled and shipped out automatically with no warning and it is quite expensive. There should be an email a few days before. By the time you get the email, it’s too late to postpone, this caused me to have an overdraft fee which was also expensive.

side affects
The provider asked me about why the meds were giving me side affects and offered to change my treatment and then when I ask if I have to pay again I never hear back again. This has happened twice now.

It was great to have conversation with…
It was great to have conversation with NP's but I was charged for a kit WITHOUT telling me what meds they were prescribing AND without asking for consent OR telling me the price!! I messaged right away and they said it can't be changed. This was $395!!! Wasnt even shipped yet. I'm on other meds I need to ask my physician if this will all work. Hoping they will work but how does a company do this?
