They make it seem like the medication is covered in the membership fee but it is not. They state "prescription is included" with membership fees. Leading me to believe that the medicine is included. It was not. After I was told this I immediately cancelled and was denied a refund. This was literally within hours of me paying then cancelling l. They did absolutely nothing. No doctor call, no test nothing. They still denied the refund. There are way better and cheaper options than this place. Stay away unless you want to be a part of hidden fees and deceitful practices. Update: since they replied to my negative review I have answered all of their questions and given my information but have yet to get any kind of response. They sure did reply to this review quickly. I will come back and update once I hear back from them if I ever do.

Wanted to charge $149 for meds AND $149 "membership". Husband has a subscription and pays $147 for 3 months for everything through HIMS (same company). Claims to prioritize women's health while doing the exact same discrimination against them that we face in traditional medical services. I was refunded the money for the meds but they refuse to refund the "membership" because that paid for the evaluation. The evaluation that I filled out and was approved in 5 minutes without any medical provider speaking to me. So they approve everyone and keep your money for doing nothing. I will be initiating a charge back. As far as their response to this: 🙄 why did they even bother?

HIMS and HERS are run by con men. The website states that a discounted $39 membership fee is charged for the first month on GLP, as well as $149 for a one-month supply of pill medication. Subsequent months require a monthly membership fee of $149 PLUS a charge of $149 for the GLP pills. The website mumbles its way through pricing by omitting this factoid that essentially doubles the monthly price. You will be on hold on the phone for up to half an hour just to extract these details from customer service so my advice is, run! Stay away from these sleazebags!

They charged initial monthly fee, even though it said 0 due and I didn't even finish filling out the intake form and asked for a face to face with the doctor, I canceled with-in 2 hours and still charged me and then offered 50% after further discussion the gave me a full refund.

I paid the initial monthly fee, filled out the intake form with details, and was prescribed meds that I explicitly and repeatedly explained previously had a negative effect on me. They refused to suggest something different and also refused to refund my initial payment, even though I requested it a few hours after opening the account. The email arguments continued for several days until I requested they remove my credit card from the system and ensure everything was canceled from membership to any shipments of the drug I told them makes me sick. Forhers.com was one of the worst online customers experiences I’ve ever had.

Very frustrating dealing with Hers. I followed their program plan for last 4 weeks with negligible results. I have reached out repeatedly requesting an increased dosage in the dose. Their mission statement says “Your provider is always happy to adjust your plan or medication to fit your needs better". This is absolutely not my experience. They keep repeating stick with the program with no other suggestions. Also they appear to use a script or cut and paste since many of the answers are the exact same. I have figured out they do not care what you are asking for and will keep you on the lower dose in a cost saving measure which is why they appear cheaper. It was nice to pay for 6 months in advance, but now I wish I had not due to my experience with them. Cannot recommend. Would not purchase from Hers again.

I was on the weight loss program for only 2 months, which they quickly charged my credit card. I ended up having to cancel my subscription due to horrible side affects. When I asked about a refund regarding the left over amount of medication I still hadn't taken they refused. Said they only allow a 48 hour window for refunds. How in the hell can you expect a consumer to know anything when they haven't even received their medication within the 48 hour time frame. So now I'm out the full amount and stuck with all these pills which I will take to our local pharmacy to deal with. Never lost any weight while on the program either!

Horrible company to deal with! The ad read 1st month only $39, so I jumped. Within an hour I tried to cancel once I discovered it was much more cause I'd have to pay a higher membership fee and that doesn't include the glp-1 meds. I was told no refunds no matter what, yet later found out there's actually 2 day grace period they wouldn't honor. Also, they continue to email me Even after I've asked them several times not to and have received a response from them. And, they keep trying to deduct funds from my account. I have also asked them to stop several times. They are complete crooks!!
