I don’t yet know the effects of the products I am using. However, I do wish that I received a more personalized experience from the medical provider I spoke with. When I asked about other ways to care for my hair, I was instructed to buy the shampoo.. It would’ve been helpful to been provided a link to info about general hair care. Second, the company should ask people if they want weight loss ads. I am an eating disorder specialist and it is really irritating and potentially triggering for many of your customers to receive constant emails about weight loss. Listen to people’s preference. SCREEN for eating disorders. People’s lives are at stake.

I had a subscription with them that was working well, no problems, but it was a subscription that I couldn’t adjust without having to contact support and ask them to change an address etc. I contacted them asking if I could delay a shipment and their response was to immediately cancel my subscription without asking my permission and then tell me to request a new consultation and pay for that if I wanted to reinstate my subscription. I don’t know who is training their customer service but essentially when I asked why they cancelled my subscription without asking they just said sorry for the confusion and that was it. Feels like a scam.

I recently tried the prescription Minoxidyl for o grow to thicker hair. I only took one dose of the medicine and had insufferable side effects. They will not swap you out for other treatments nor will they offer a refund. Also, it took almost a week for them to get back with me with my concerns about double vision and headaches I was having. Do not count on having access to a real doctor if you do this.

I'm very upset that I have tried to communicate about my prescriptions multiple times on the app and it seems like the doctors don't even read my messages before just sending me things. I had sent my doctor an update about my symptoms and before even asking me about how comfortable I would be with a change in medication, my doctor just shipped me a whole new amount! I hadn't even asked for that and I'm very upset about it.

There is no difference in my hair loss. It has actually gotten worse.

It is so difficult to get in touch with a customer service help. They misunderstand the ask all the time, I have been trying for the longest time without any success, to request a change a subscription. I keep being sent in loops. There is no phone number to call either -- very frustrating. I was shipped a prescription which I did not want and which I wanted swapped with a new prescription -- I was not given any choice to return it and now have to wait another 3 months before they will ship me the prescription which I actually want. In the meantime I have to continue using this prescription which leaves my hair sticky. The responses given in the chat function are standard cut and paste so you can be sure that the reps are not reading your specific issue -- just gives the generic replies. Truly irritating.
