Don’t waste your money and time. I got my first month meds no problem but when it came to the 2nd month they still haven’t shipped. I’ve contacted them in app 4 times and still nothing. I only have 1 day left and my next month still hasn’t shipped. I keep getting generic AI responses. After the first month trial, service is terrible. Look elsewhere.

I got side effects. I did not know that I was automatically placed on a subscription. They DO not even send you notice that they plan to ship you soon. I noticed it when they TRIED to charge my credit card and immediately went into my Hers account to cancel subscription. It stated in my account that they were in process of getting the shipment ready but had not shipped yet. I just received an email stating that my shipment has been sent. There is NO way of getting a hold of anyone. Folks... run in the opposite direction. Any company that makes it this difficult to return/cancel items if pure fraud!!!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I paid $175 for a minoxidil treatment and had a bad reaction — my face became very swollen and I felt unwell. I contacted them and they refused to refund me, didn’t offer any alternative, and said they couldn’t replace it because I canceled the subscription (which I canceled because it made me sick). Customer service is zero. I do not recommend. Be careful and read everything — they do not issue refunds.DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

If you subscribe, you will not escape the trap. It cost me almost $600 to get the "auto renew" canceled (which I believed I had done in January)--and the gift of a package I did not want--which cannot be returned. I was not notified of an order until it was too late to do anything. There is no email, chat, or phone number for customer support. The link for 'contact us' instructs customers to go to "Messages"--where you will only find a link to "provider". In addition, medication was provided without direct communication with a provider.

They charged me $39 just to see how much their medication would cost! When I signed up it looked like they were giving me a deal for first month of membership and medication. After I paid I realized it was just to be able to see my options. Then they want to charge $200 a month for the membership plus $150 at a minimum for the medication. They refuse to refund once I realized I had only signed up for a membership. They told me that it’s the fee for Dr. to review my information to see if I was eligible but I received the email saying I was eligible immediately after signing up.

I had previously been on GLP so I know what it can do the side affects ect.. Her's is a waste of your money!!!! $1200. Up front it explains itself as payments. I know you start out on a low dose to regulate your body. I believe it's just filler. GLP is only good for 28 days! They do not ship every 28 days. Or Monthly! 6 months of constant communication telling them I have an issue for them to promote you to add on other pills to go with the shot. You do not 🚫 let me repeat that. You DO NOT NEED ANYTHING ELSE TO GO WITH IT unless it's for nausea!!! Having been on a pure GLP-1 Segumtide before HER'S IS NOT THE Answer!! On Her's I had absolutely NO appetite control NONE ! I GAINED WEIGHT all for them to tell Me it's normal. No it's not ! Waste of time and money. I should be 30 lbs down for summer. And I'm up 30lbs.

Not very good at all I would not be renewing after this six months
