Update! Even though they responded to this review they did nothing. I wanted to try Hers but in order to see actual pricing for treatment plans you have to enter a CC a pay a fee just to see what to expect after the first “promotional “ price. When I saw how expensive it was I decided not to go with Hers and out the original charge because “they viewed my profile to see if I qualified “ took less than 10 minutes. I asked for a refund and was told no because they “evaluated “ me.

My first experience was amazing. My second was not. I tried to specify when I reordered that I needed the next stage of dosages. The first stage was sent to me again. When I tried to correct this issue there wasn’t any support in which to do so. It was a waste of money and not to mention taking medication that wasn’t the appropriate dosage. This has discouraged me from continuing any business with this company .

I'm disappointed that I'm not losing much weight. I will trust the processes and hopefully will start seeing some better results over the next couple of months.

They take your money up fron and then don't deliver the meds. I paid for the 6 month plan in February. At the end of March, I FINALLY received my script. 2 bottles that are only good for 28 days. My 2nd shipment came with only syringes. No meds. I have contacted then thru email and the app several times and keep getting the run around. I have sat on the phone trying to talk to a live person too many hours out of my life to count. They take your money (which is a lot) and then don't care about you. I will NEVER recommend. If I hadn't already paid for h What they're not delivering, I would wash my hands of them. Do not use this company. They're thieves

Horrible! I've been charge twice and have not received product. Please cancel my order and return my money.

I initially signed up for the $39 first-month membership and later had additional charges, including one for meditation and another for auto-renewal. I purchased a 9-week supply of medication. The medication did not work for me, and when I reached out to request a dosage adjustment, I was told I would need to pay more for a 9 mg dose. I did not agree to this and clearly stated that “I will be canceling the membership”. However, instead of waiting for my confirmation or allowing me to cancel on my own terms, the team canceled my membership immediately on my behalf without my authorization. This is a key issue: I said I would be canceling, not that I wanted it canceled right away. As a result, I lost access to my prescription, even though I had already paid for a 9-week supply, and I did not receive a refund for the remaining medication. It also feels like the business prioritizes maintaining active memberships over actual weight loss outcomes. Once the membership is canceled, the prescription is canceled as well even if the medication has already been paid for. This experience was frustrating because I expected either to continue using what I had already paid for the rest of the month or to receive a refund for the unused portion. I will be leaving a public review so others are aware of this experience before signing up.

My order canceled and changed twice. Now my refill date moved a whole month delaying my treatment. I am very upset and disappointed and now I’m forced to restart my treatment after I am now used to the medication

Terrible communication. No one responded to any of my messages and no one has paid attention to me at all. For a provider that prescribes medication there is no attention from a medical provider.
