Very costly to not be loosing weight. I take the medication religiously, I count my calories, exercise 5x per week. Plus drink plenty of water and my weight just stays the same. I just received a second 5 month supply. If I don't see any improvements this round I'll stop my subscription.

I am on the 5th dose, 0.4 mg, and I feel hungry all the time. I have not lost any weight. Pretty bummed.

Meh, ok. Shipping took entirely way too long to begin with. I feel like the firsr check in survey was to black and white. I had to reach out for further assistance to see if my feelings were in line with where I should be at. I've had issues with the app two different times and reached out to customer service and didn't hear back the first time and am now waiting to hear back for the second time. I still don't feel like I'm seeing the results i should be and still feel hungry and I'm approaching week 4.

-when you lose 2lbs in a week and log it the app will tell you “your weight has stayed the same but you’ve got this!” Obviously I know I lost weight but it’s annoying. -one of the medications gave me an allergic reaction and I have had a rash for 5 days with no signs of it going away. -when doing the initial consultation I had to guess my weight and can’t change it. It’s incorrect so my actual progress in the app will never be correct. -The other two meds have been helping me lose weight which is the goal. I’m happy for the weight loss, but they are meds I can easily get from a doctor and get through insurance for less so instead of refilling through the app I will probably use my PCP and a different app to track my weight loss.

It’s not easy to reach anyone in regards to your product !

I Have explained this in detail in my chat in the app, and received no answer. There is no place to put the date I actually started my medication. I requested to change the date to match the correct date, and was told that it cannot be done. It shows the date I received it. Also, there is no way to track which medication I have to take each day. I had to literally make my own calendar with what I take that day. This should be a main point int he app. I should have a calendar that shows what I need to take that day, considering the date I started the medication. The app asks if I took the medication that day, but doesn't tell me what to take. It is not easy to keep track of this with some days skipping one med, one day taking half, one day taking half in the morning, half at night. It's very cumbersome, and I can't believe this is not available. Otherwise, I don't see the point of having the app. It doesn't help in any way.

I'm on week 4 and not a lost pound in sight

The hair loss product worked for only 6 months, then shortly after receiving my most recent refill, my hair began falling again. I reached out to For Hers and explained the situation. They insisted that "it's because I'm old, and that I'm pre-menopausal, and that I'm stressed..." when in fact none of this was true! I'm in great health, I'm not anywhere near menopause, and I'm not stressed. I was mostly concerned about the quality of the latest refill, because that is THE ONLY THING that had changed before my hair began falling out again. Their response was basically a "too bad so sad". I will cancel my subscription and find a dermatologist instead.
