Shipments inconsistent with provider prescription
My second delivery arrived with the same quantities of the medication, and the same instructions as the 1st one: "Inject 16 units for 4 weeks, then inject 30 units once a week (30 units is 0.75 mg)". The provider prescribed dosage was 0.75 mg (30 units) to start with, before the 1st delivery. I feel that nobody read my answers when I signed up (as attested to by the erroneous initial prescription that had to be redone), and nobody reads what was actually prescribed when preparing my medication. I paid in advance (though I absolutely feel that the company is trying to provide the lowest dosage possible despite marketing promises, rather than what was actually prescribed). I will definitely cancel this at the end of the 6-month period. I expected better from a nationwide company.
