Horrible experience
Horrible experience! Run away from this company. They only take money from your account. Customer service is by text message only. We agreed that the current dosage wasn't working and they kept sending the some dose and taking the money from my account. I was promised to get a new dosage of Wegovy at not charge, never happened instead they deleted the messages that was stating the communication between us. Run away

Frustrated

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The app UI is not user friendly for people taking oral medication. There is not good prescription support, clear instructions and for the cost the value is just not there. I never felt that I had real medical support and I do not recommend. If you were to have a problem they would not be able to help you.

Billed but RX not refilled
They had no problems charging me my membership fee but the medication was delayed in refilling and every time I reached out an AI response would respond like I was a new client and my delayed RX would be canceled. This went on for a week before I gave up.

I canceled and they still charged me
I canceled and they still charged me. They refuse to refund my money. Be very careful dealing with this company. You have to keep records of all conversations like I did. I have screenshots of every interaction. Crooked company.

Try another provider
Hers prides themselves on fast, discreet delivery and charge a whopping 5 month tab to be paid upfront. What they don’t say is actual shipping takes many weeks with delivery dates changing daily. After reaching out to customer support, expect AI responses with generic information. Unable to do refunds after item “shipped” however item considered “shipped” same day when shipping label is created. It’s unreasonable and extremely stressful. Try another provider
