It’s impossible to cancel your membership. I have never ordered anything from them. Then trying to get reimbursed for the membership, though everything was canceled is impossible! Don’t trust them

Price was outrageous. Shipping was terrible and most of the time didnt received on time. Expect to pay $99 for a membership and $300 for medication. Very limited options and they dont even try to go through your health insurance for coverage.

Very frustrating experience. I ended up with multiple subscriptions for the medication, and the company’s “online meeting” process was not clear or helpful. To make matters worse, they sent me the wrong prescription. When I contacted them about it, I was told that I could not return it because it was medication. I understand that medications may have restrictions on returns, but sending the wrong prescription in the first place should not be the customer’s responsibility. Between the confusing subscription setup, the online consultation process, and receiving the wrong medication with no clear resolution, this has been a very frustrating experience. I would recommend carefully reviewing your subscription and prescription details before ordering.

Never received my order from August. A new order supposed to replace original order, still have not received 2nd order, Customer Care keeps telling me its being processed. I asked for a refund, but had no response. If I receive the replacement order, OR a refund timely, I will change this Review.

Honestly for what I pay I dont think the service is good at all.

SCAM! DON'T BUY!!! I kept seeing an AD that stated start your weight loss journey for only $39. After looking up Wegovy the pill, I decided to try it as I was hesitant about shots. Then I see that it's $79/month which I thought was weird since they advertised it for $39. After the 2nd month I noticed that I was charged for $149. I contacted them to get this resolved and they stated they never had it for $79 and asked me for proof. I signed up online and NEVER received a copy of my membership agreement. I should have known then to cancel right then and there, this really pissed me off on how they advertise one price and charge another. Fast forward, I am checking my credit card statement, I don't check it regularly as this was the only thing I had reoccurring. and I had it on auto pay. I also get a notification of charges. So I see that I get a charge every month for $149 BUT then when I looked at my statement, I see 2 $149 charges. They are stating that $149 is for the membership and the other $149 is for the pill. NOWHERE did I see that my membership was going to be and additional $149. I didn't catch it because I thought there was a glitch in the credit card system sending me the same notification twice! The ONLY reason why I caught it was that my med price went up to $199 even though the dosage didn't change so then I got a $149 & a $199 notification. BE VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL charge you whatever they want. Now that I want this to be resolved, you can only contact them via bot and it relays the message to a senior person in charge. It also rewrites your message to sound nicer when you're pissed!

I didn't realize that signing up for weight loss medication, they were going to prescribe me an anti depressant and charge me 400 bucks. I could have gone to my doctor's and paid 5 bucks at the pharmacy for the same shit. However, my doctor wouldn't prescribe that stuff because I am not depressed. I'm also not supposed to mix anti depressants with my anti anxiety medication. When I called this out, they tried to upsell me and said I was fine even mixing my own medication with their prescription. So they took 400 bucks of mine, prescribed me crap I'm not even supposed to take and then tried to upsell me and take more money. They are not transparent at all. Be careful. 0/5

Please cancel my prescriptions. I’m having an allergic reaction to the medication. Beth A
