Rip off, unknown to me I was subscribed for £15 a month. Small print, so small I didn't see it.

I was getting billed automatically for $39.95/month for Forgeway Club Subscription after purchasing some golf balls. Their phone number that they provide on the credit card billing statement didn't work. I looked them up and called the number on their website and was told they will reimburse the payments, but we will see if it happens. I'm not sure how they can bill you for something that you don't sign up for.

BEWARE: THIS IS AS CLOSE TO A SCAM AS I’VE EXPERIENCED. I wanted to test a pack of these balls to see how their claims stack up. (Couldn’t see any difference). However, it is not a one-off purchase - in the very small print they are signing you up for a “membership club” (but no communications, no membership benefits etc). and then charge you £14.95 a month. I see many other buyers have had the same experience. When reported to PayPal it resulted in my account being blocked due to suspected fraud and took me ages to get it reinstated. At least I managed to get one payment reimbursed.

Disappointed with these , they where ok but not up to what was advertised I guess , but worth the try

Below is my experience with Forgeway Golf. They did setup a subscription of $19.95 per month without my acknowledgement with my first order in May. I cancelled the subscription and then this happened to my last order. I will premise that I really like the golf balls. They did perform better than my expectation, however their customer service and handling of my ticket is why I would not recommend this company. ### **Summary of Forgeway Golf Ticket (#32542)** **Opened:** July 13, 2026 **Issue:** Missing or unfulfilled order placed on **July 7, 2026** --- ### **Your Actions & Messages** - You repeatedly requested updates on your July 7th order, noting you were out of balls and attaching your PayPal transaction multiple times for verification. - You clarified that the delivery information Forgeway referenced was for your *previous* order from May, not the July order. - You provided your shipping address when asked: ******************************** - You asked Forgeway to reopen the ticket so the July order issue could be resolved. ### **Forgeway’s Responses** - Initially acknowledged a fulfillment issue on their end and promised a resolution. - Requested confirmation of your shipping address to proceed. - After reviewing the July order, they determined the best path forward was to **issue a refund of $46.95** and have you **place a new order**. - Provided their website link and invited you to reorder. --- ### **Final Status** - **Ticket is closed.** - **Forgeway’s proposed resolution:** Refund + repurchase.

No idea I was agreeing to a subscription and nothing, balls or service was offered for the payments.

This company is very deceptive. There’s a hidden subscription that will charge you 19.95 per month until you catch them and call your card company to stop it. Stay away. Don’t get ripped off by them.

This is a "Rip Off Site". Do not sign up here. Their "balls" are just plain. Over priced. When u order u will be locked into a monthly payment, without agreeing. When u return to the site to shut down your account, you will be locked out from the account. Just thieves. Do not get involved!
