If it is a gift, be very sure before purchasing and engraving. Restrictive return policy. I neglected to apply my discount code and even though I contacted the company immediately, within minutes, (AI bot chat only, no person ever spoke with me), I couldn't use the discount code. Not very accommodating.
Response from Forever MapAug 3, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to reach out immediately and still be unable to apply your discount code. We also apologize that you weren’t able to connect with a member of our team directly. We appreciate you sharing this feedback. We’ll make sure your concerns regarding our return policy, discount codes, and customer support experience are shared with the appropriate team. We’re always looking for ways to make the experience more accommodating for our customers.

I received my map and truly wanted to love it, so I was surprised and disappointed to find that the USA map I ordered does not include Alaska or Hawaii. When selecting the style within the USA map category, I believed I was choosing a color option, not a version that excluded two states. Especially since the cover image for this style does show Alaska and Hawaii, it wasn’t clear to me that not all USA map options represent all 50 states. The quality of the map itself is lovely, and I really like the concept, but unfortunately this detail means I won’t be able to hang it. I wanted to share this feedback because I imagine other customers may make the same assumption I did when browsing the USA map category.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback, Heather. We’re sorry for the confusion, you’re right, some map variants don’t include Alaska and Hawaii, and this should have been clearer in the description. We’re updating the listing and have reached out via DM to help make things right. We truly appreciate your kind words and the chance to improve.

We had been wanting a caribbean map to pin all our cruise travels when I came across the Forever map. We were able to catch a great sale and got our map, already framed in a dark wood frame. It processed quickly and arrived on time with great updates aling the way. It came carefully wrapped and packaged. We love it and have already pinned our travels.

Have been going back and forth with via email. It's definitely an automated system responding. Ordered it December 2nd, everything was off to a great start and then 2 weeks went by and no update. Reached out and they told me its not finished yet but then turned around and told me ups had lost it. And they wont make it a priority after they screwed up so it wont be here for Christmas.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Lost packages are just as disappointing for us, and we understand how upsetting it is especially around the holidays. While we did our best to process and ship every order as quickly as possible, the seasonal volume unfortunately led to delays and complications beyond our control. We’ve reached out privately to help resolve this and truly hope we can make it right for you.
