I wish I knew how hard to read the writing on the map that I chose was before I purchased.

What I received was so small and tiny in the words and locations are not even visible. You have to magnify them, and there is literally no space to even put a push pin. This size in this item should not even be sold.
Response from Forever MapAug 3, 2026
We’re very sorry to hear that the map did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must be when the text and locations are difficult to see and there isn’t enough space to comfortably place the push pins. We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. We’ll make sure your concerns about the map’s readability, size, and pin placement are shared with our team as we continue working to improve the product and customer experience.

I entered my address correctly, but somehow, it was entered incorrectly on UPS. Trying to actually receive my package has been a nightmare and to this date, nobody has been able to help me. When I reached out to Travel maps, they said I needed to reach out to UPS. UPS says Travel Maps has a restriction that only they can change the address. However, there is only a chatbot to deal with. I would love to see what the map looks like. Unfortunately, this was a graduation present for my daughter that I most likely will not receive.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. We understand how stressful it is to be sent back and forth between UPS and our team. We’ll reach out to you directly to look into this and work toward making things right. We appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for the trouble.

Customer service was great and I got my map in a timely manner. The quality of the map is good, but I wish I wouldn’t have picked the colorful world map that I did. In the areas with the dark colors, there is no way to read the text. The neutral colors would have been better. That is on me. I should have realized that would be the case.
