Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the delivery arrived later than expected and that the tracking experience was frustrating. We understand how important clear and reliable tracking is when waiting for an order, and we know even a short delay can be disappointing. Your comments are valuable and help us identify where we need to improve communication and shipping visibility for our customers. We truly appreciate your patience and your support of ForeverMap.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you love the map, but we’re sorry about the imperfections you noticed on the upper center of the frame. We understand how disappointing it can be when a beautiful piece isn’t quite perfect. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll be sure to share your feedback with our team. We hope you continue to enjoy your map!
