5 star is for customer service
5 star is for customer service. This is first time I ordered something from this store. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, my parfum arrived damaged. But, as soon as I presented pictures to customer service, they issued the refund right away. Now days this is rare, because some businesses will do everything just not to refund the money. Thats why I will definitely order again from this store. Parfum that I received was authentical, but because of extreme heat it got damaged. Thank you to customer service for resolving this issue in a best manner possible.
