I read a lot of concerns about the means of communication being limited to email only; however, to be fair, I’ve had no issues reaching members of the team within 24 hours of my inquiry. From beginning to end, the team at Forever Moissanite were helpful and present and took the stress out of the entire process. Oh btw, the ring itself is beautiful. The craftsmanship is top notch and most importantly, my fiancé loves it. We’ve been receiving non-stop compliments since I popped the question. Photos do no justice. The process of selecting and purchasing the ring was easy and painless. I ordered the ring on May 11 and it was delivered on May 26. I asked for it to be delivered on Friday or Saturday but it came on a Thursday and almost messed up my proposal plans. I had to head off my fiancée from answering the door when the FedEx delivery came so she wouldn’t see the package.
