We always strive to ensure customer satisfaction, and clearly fell short in this instance. As a solution, we can create a new certificate in your name which we can email to you directly or mail it out. Thank you for your review. As it is written in our terms and conditions, no import duties and taxes will apply to our US customers. For customers outside the US, import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of order. Such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Custom Authorities. Since you are located in Canada, you were requested to pay for the import duties and taxes. However, no shipping fees were charged to you. We apologize if this point wasn’t enough clearly stated in our website and hope you are satisfied with the quality and beauty of our product.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Regarding handling time and shipping, it took us 8 business days to produce your ring. (It is written in our policy to allow between 5 to 12 business days for production). However, FedEx had a delay in delivery beyond our control. Usually shipping with us is quick and smooth. We apologize for the Delay. Even though we use FedEx's quickest shipping method that usually delivers our packages in 1 - 3 days, occasionally it is unavoidable that there will be a delay that is out of our control. Please understand we are not FedEx and are not responsible for any delays that occur on their behalf.
