Great Experience
The customer service was amazing! I decided to custom design my rings and they made it as easy as possible. I told him exactly what I wanted and they sent me a photo of a 3-D design the next day. After that, I would make minor adjustments and they would send me another design, then some more adjustments (they were also giving me advice of how to make it as best as possible), another design and was finally the finished product after about three days. Their response time was fantastic, I just kept adding things to make the rings as perfect as possible, and they worked off of it very efficiently. Once it was perfect, it was an easy process to buy the rings themself. Just remember, you have to put a $100 down payment first, and then that gets taken off the ring itself. The rings got here very quick and came in a perfect box that holds an engagement box itself. Very pleased with the service! The ring looks great - feels high quality, and very real looking diamond alternative - and the people I worked with were great as well! I will definitely be recommending this service to anyone else who needs it.
