My home is worse AFTER calling Foremost on a leaky pipe. First, they said they will not pay to fix my pipe and are calling it "normal wear and tear" even though pipe leaks are covered in my contract. Then, they hired a company to tear out the entire underside (insulation & bladder) of my manufactured home and now refuse to hire a contractor to put it all back!!!! If my home is not fixed before winter not just all my water pipes, but also my drain pipes will be subject to -40 degree Minnesota winter weather. NOT TO MENTION MY HEATING BILL IS GOING TO BE THROUGH THE ROOF!!!!!!! If I could give a "0" I would!!!!!! Now, I have to pay to fix the pipes, and I have to hire a contractor and pay to have my house put back together. One leaky pipe is going to cost me $7,000 and TONS of emotional distress!!!!!!

Would give them 0 stars low down dirty company cancel people policy without notice PRAY T THE MOST HIGH GOD they don't make another dime I pray that the company go out of business

Horrendous customer service. We have Geico for Home & Auto (been great). We added a policy for a golf cart which is apparently outsourced to Foremost. From the start, they couldn't get the spelling of my name correct and continued to send docusign docs (over 15 times) with the same exact spelling. Even after I signed the incorrectly spelled docs just to get the insurance active, I continued to receive the same docusign email stating that I'll lose coverage if I don't sign. Signed twice more ... didn't stop the docs from coming. Called in and was on with a terrible customer service rep who just wasted over an hour of my life for no results. Will do whatever I can to get away from this company, but I pre-paid, so I'm sure I'll never see that money again.

Don't ever use foremost. They will not pay for any claims, they lied multiple times to me and my fiance and fought us tooth and nail yo not cover our heat pump that was covered in the policy, they didn't believe a word that me and my fiance along with a professional hvac person told them. The head lady is a horrible personand I hope she rotts in hell. My fiance never had any other claims and paid this horrible company over $165.000 and they couldn't even meet halfway on a $5,000 dollar repair.

I would agree with the overall bad rating. We had boat insurance and I canceled it because we sold it. I pay yearly and they tried to charge me an extra $100. I had to argue with him on the phone before they backed off. Terrible customer service

They just don’t care. 16 days to get ahold of a claim representative. Rude, disrespectful, and dishonest is how I would describe them. Stay away.

There is no way to view what you are even covered for after signing up. If you misplace the packet you are mailed, that's it. Customer service is COMPLETELY incompetent. I reached multiple agents that could not send a PDF. The kicker is, I think it's their email server rejecting a 3.1 MB file. But they will not troubleshoot, nevermind the fact that this is a standard ask they are unable to fufill. Not sure my problem will be resolved today, as the first agent couldn't connect her audio to her laptop and the next two agent has sent me a .html file six times in a row. But their voice behind the scenes says it's a customer issue. I would do self-service online, but the website won't even recognize me to let me sign up. All I need are the policy descriptions. That should be available without needing to log in since I know the document numbers I need!

I have had insurance with Formost for over ten years without a claim. My motorcycle died on the highway and I was left stranded. For the first hour I received text update that they were looking for a tow truck company that would haul a motorcycle. All well and good until the updates stopped and I had to call them back, after three hours standing on the highway and in the rain I learned they will not pay for you to arrange your own towing company. But would "consider " what to pay on a reimbursement after filling paperwork and would not accept direct billing from the towing company. Eventually I was connected with a company only after having words with a supervisor on my third attempt to speak with one. This is not a way to treat its customers. Failure to communicate is my problem, the use of AI to locate towing company seems to be a contributing factor. My inability to hear the agents on the multiple times I called didn't help. It is like they showed no empathy for a stranded person.
