Terrible Communication
Terrible Communication, Unacceptable Customer Service, and Policy Cancellation Without Proper Notification My experience with Foremost Insurance has been absolutely awful. In just two months, I had to contact the company more than 10 times to address issues that should have been handled correctly from the beginning. It took about five contacts to correct my policy, followed by additional calls to understand why my insurance was canceled. What is most unacceptable is that I learned about the cancellation from my mortgage lender, not Foremost Insurance. Foremost contacted my lender about the cancellation, yet I received no direct communication informing me of their decision. To make matters worse, they blamed me for supposedly not responding. How can a company hold a customer accountable for poor communication when it fails to communicate such a critical decision directly? Insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind, protection, and trust. My experience with Foremost delivered the exact opposite: frustration, wasted time, and a complete lack of accountability. I strongly DO NOT recommend Foremost Insurance. Customers deserve transparency, proactive communication, and respect, especially when their home insurance coverage is at stake.
