I really can’t say how their claims…
I really can’t say how their claims department works since I haven’t had any claims as of yet. My coverage is for a new +$100k RV. After the first year they increased my premium, have very vague language such as (MAY). This is a legal document and words like (MAY,SHOULD,COULD) should never be in a legal agreement = totally benefit the insurance company. After reading reviews, I don’t trust that any future claims would be honored. Only at their discretion. It’s hard to reach my agent.
