Very easy and fast, I managed to change my Austrian Schilling at an excellent rate, and by the way, I bought some Swiss Francs, Euros and British Pounds at a highly competitive price, all that with a few clicks; Their customer service is very timely, they answered all my questions and guided me step by step to fill out the form. I received my Schilling payment via Paypal from one day to the next. A 100% recommended service.

I had some old banknotes from Colombia that nobody wanted to exchange. FCCE did it soooo fast. I called them a couple of times for some questions, they were always available and very kind. I received my payment in three days after sending them the banknotes.

Do not send your money to them! They’re scammers. You’re better off keeping your money or exchanging it somewhere else. Their conversion rate is horrible. You’ll end up paying them way more than what you will get back. Also, the way they answer the phone is very unprofessional. The guy who answered has horrible customer service and said some really mean things over the phone. I’m writing this review on 10/28/2021
