I am a client of this company, I bought currency from them. the customer support service does not work, I wrote them a bunch of letters - in response to me silence .... I have been unable to contact this company for over a month now. what's happening?

I tried this service out with some leftover bills from a trip to Nepal. I went in sort of expecting some sort of issue, but it was for a small amount. But issues are what occurred. The owner responded to my initial status request saying he did not receive anything yet but was looking fwd to it since he had another customer going to Nepal shortly. Which outside that chance occurrence, had me wondering why that would matter considering this was for roughly $35. Instead of getting the current exchange with this service, what I got was the feeling of being gaslit by his response when I initially inquired about the status of this exchange. I guess things can always get lost in the mail, but sort of funny this is my first occurrence of such an event. Even more so with this being in the same city. Do not recommend.

I am very glad Carlos wrote this reply. Since people only read negative reviews it gives me an opportunity to give you a tip on shipping your items to us. Carlos says he shipped his notes to us. He sent an email a week or so later asking if we had received his notes. We replied that we had not and to please send us a tracking number so that we could reach out to whatever shipping service he used to see where it was. He refused to proved a tracking number and accused us of stealing his notes and would be leaving us a negative review. If you ship coins/banknotes to us please use a shipping service that will provide you with a tracking number and keep that tracking number in a safe place until we have confirmed receipt of your package. This does two things....it allows you to see exactly when your package was delivered and if for some reason your package isn't delivered it allows us to reach out to the shipping service for help in locating that package.

Now a come back from wack lame owner Chase it talks like he smart and knows his stuff and doesn't. The only research I should have done is other reputable and honest coin and stamp dealer other your lame business. Another thing you didn't tell your audience be honest with yourself and stop lying. I sent you an email stating you to send them back to me your lazy behind had to do that and why you sitting up there saying they were use someone gave those coins and stamps to me. Your judgment doesn't matter any way you are lousy and like I said in the last review would not never do business with a scam or fraud like you and others agree because you have more negative reviews and not so happy customers. Stop being a theif and SEND MY ITEMS BACK anyone lazy is you. You don't anything about me. ,👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👇👇👎👎👎👇👇👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

They did NOT honor the Terms and AGREEMENT. Left me in a bad position for the Holidays!!! Read along if you’d like more details I was out of the country for work. I cut my trip two weeks short due to omicron concerns. So I had a lot of money left leftover. I was happy to see this company online accepted Argentine Pesos, but I was nervous just mailing money. So I sent a small amount to test. It was great, and they sent venmo upon receiving it. So I considered them legit, and made an order to send the rest of my leftover money. I agreed to the rate, along with terms and conditions. I checked on my order status after I mailed the currency (mail didn’t arrive yet due to holidays) but my status was shown as canceled. I called to see why, and they told me the rate on the website was too good, they wouldn’t honor it, and they would be happy to send my money back!! I guess they would be happy since they are no longer honoring the terms and conditions I agreed to. It was within 10 days of the order being processed. Actually just 3 days. It sucks because I was really counting on them to be honorable and that money for Christmas. I had the package returned home before it even got delivered. They left me in a bad spot. It’s not my fault they didn’t check rates and update the site. I think they should honor their terms. Sucks. I saw in these reviews that they responded back to some negative comments in an unprofessional way. So I’m sure they’ll try to discredit me as an angry customer that can’t read. Don’t take their word for it like I did. It’s a simple process but they aren’t professional

Do not send your money to them! They’re scammers. You’re better off keeping your money or exchanging it somewhere else. Their conversion rate is horrible. You’ll end up paying them way more than what you will get back. Also, the way they answer the phone is very unprofessional. The guy who answered has horrible customer service and said some really mean things over the phone. I’m writing this review on 10/28/2021

Unfortunately, Travis cannot read very well. He submitted an order for a very exotic currency that no other bank or currency exchange accepts. The order he submitted and printed out from our website LITERALLY SHOWED EXACTLY WHAT HE WOULD BE PAID and he was paid that exact amount via Cashapp (how he requested his payment) the same day his order arrived. He called to explain that he wanted more money for it and we told him that he knew exactly what he was being paid before he even sent it in he proceeded to say our website is confusing, misleading, etc. Our website is very simple and easy to use...even someone like Travis, that obviously cannot read can use it. His order form stated he would receive $90 for his shipment to us and his Cashapp payment was exactly $90. We did exactly what we said we would do and did it on the day his package arrived. If you weren't happy with the payout, why would you send it to i=us when you knew upfront exactly what you would be paid?

You submitted an order for $472.53 and your payout was exactly $472.53. The first experience was easy got more than what I thought, 2nd I did Old stamps which I think should have been more than 0.40 cent. I am now on my 3rd sending in foreign currency coins I got it priority mail which should of arrived this passed Saturday, which now Monday and contacted them via email no response still waiting. First off I check the rates on the website just not FCCE and another thing I took inside a post office to send the box got a tracking number with the receipt, but somehow it got lost the mail clerk did tell me that he would be there Saturday so I don’t if you aren’t looking but it should have been there because I paid for the priority USPSThat is (3 days) it was sent off August 5. why I didn’t reply thank you.

Hi Jamie, Thanks for your business. You sent us $0.72 worth of Face Value stamps. I paid you the full face value on them because I felt bad that you paid so much in shipping. ALL of the stamps while old had been canceled (which means they had previously been used and we do not buy used stamps no matter how old they are). Even if the stamps you sent hadn't been used the actual rate you should have been is $0.18 for all of them. Why did you not check out our rates before you sent them. You sent an email today asking about a package that you say was supposed to arrive this past Saturday. I responded 3 hours later because it was a busy day and told you that we haven't seen your package. I asked you to send me the tracking number so I can attempt to locate it tomorrow. I have not heard back from you with your tracking information. UPDATE: Customers package arrived today. His package was processed and paid to his Paypal account today as well. An email was sent to customer letting him know. We are not responsible for shipping delays by the USPS but for some reason this customer believes we are.

Hi Prudvhi, I appreciate your business but I am not sure why we are deserving of a one star review. You were paid $472.50 via Venmo (so payment was instantly in your account) for your currency within 24 hours of your package arriving which is exactly what your exchange form you sent in said. You did our online exchange form before you sent your currency to us so you knew exactly what you would be paid. If our rate is as bad as you claim then why would you even send your currency to us? Did you shop around to see who had a better rate? If not, then that is only your fault. Our rates are very transparent and you knew exactly what you would be paid before you even decided to send your currency to us. Also, our rate is pretty strong considering the world is shut down for travel right now and the currency you sent us is not considered a major currency. Not one single bank in the USA will exchange the currency you sent us and I do not believe any other fx businesses in the USA even deal with the currency you sent us. We absolutely 100% held up our end of this deal and while we strive for every customer to be completely satisfied, if you are unhappy with this particular transaction you are the only one to blame as you knew exactly what you would be paid before you sent the currency. If you thought you were being jipped then why would you even send us the currency?
