I was surprised at the variety of currencies they take. I submitted a whole bunch of different coins that had built up from business travel and got my money back swiftly. They are prompt and seem relatively easy to use. If you have foreign coins left over from a trip, I would very much encourage you to check this small currency exchange out!

Very convenient to exchange leftover currency vial mail. Good website and email follow ups. Only downside is the exchange rate, which is lower that other services.

The actual exchange of funds was rather easy. Sending the money in and receiving the funds was rather smooth. However the exchange process was a bit confusing. It was not every easy to pick out the currencies you wished to exchange. When you wanted to select another currency you had to go to the home page and do a new search. And the forms to fill out did not have clear instructions. I will use them again and they paid exactly what the promised up front. That way makes up for a bit of the web difficulty.
